All VISTAR products are manufactured under stringent quality control systems to assure performance. All the products are 100% tested in production.

  Attention :
* For some products,we provide buffer stock with the shipment as per the Proforma Invoice.
* Some of below warranty terms does not apply to OEM products.

* For some products,we send extra quantity of spare parts with the shipment.
* RMA policy differs as per the products mentioned in Proforma Invoice.
* Expect the quality responsibility, we won't replace or return product in case of the following situations:
   1). Products which do not belong to our company or lack of signal mark.
   2). Products over theValidity period.
   3). Improper use or manually abuse or damage during transportation.
   4). RMA products are damaged by improper packing and rough handling on the way to return.
   5). Discounted products for promotion purpose.
   6). Other immune terms written in proforma invoice.

  What is the warranty of RMA product?
Defective products which are not caused by reason of improper use and are within the warranty period. We call such products RMA product.Principally, considering the spoilage during the transportation, storage and sales, for each batch products, 1.0--1.5% defect rate is allowable, reasonable and acceptable rate according to mutual discussion. For all the products exceeding this rate, we will be responsible to replace according to RMA policy.
 
  What is the regular RMA and big quantity RMA?
1. Regular RMA: Within the warranty period, the defective rate within 10% in one batch goods. We will conduct RMA according to RMA policy.
2. Big quantity RMA: During the period of trial selling of our product, over 10% defective rate is founded. To avoid worse results, we require buyer to stop selling the products and return all of the goods back within 30days after receiving the products. For claim over 30days after receiving the products, we are hard to define the defective rate due to the deferring storage , we will only responsible RMA claim according to Regular RMA policy.
 
  How to claim RMA and what's the validity period?
1.RMA cost:
1). Regular RMA:
Buyer should return RMA products according to our instruction. The freight for returning is covered by buyer. We will replace the same product (item& quantity) or same value products (according to mutual agreement) to buyer. The freight for replacing is covered by us.
Value of RMA is decided by the current selling price when we receive the RMA.
2). Big quantity RMA
Buyer should return RMA products according to our instruction as short time as possible. We will cover the freight of returning and replacing. We will replace same product (item& quantity) to buyer and will be free of responsibility for further claim and loss.

2.RMA Validity period:
1). Regular RMA: Regular RMA should be claimed within the warranty period and should be returned within 15days after receiving our instruction. We will feed back the results within 30days after receiving the RMA products.
2). Big quantity RMA: Big quantity RMA should be claimed within 30days after receiving the goods and should be returned within 15days after receiving our instruction. We will feed back the results within 30days after receiving the RMA products.
If buyer defers to return, We will not responsible to any further quality claim. Also, the quality is hard to define and the products may be hard to be repaired again. We will have the right to claim for further loss of handling the RMA return (such as freight charge and custom clearance fee) if buyer does not follow this RMA regulation.

  What's the RMA Procedure?
1) Make sure the product you will return are all with our series number label.
2) Report RMA model and quantity and advice the P/I number for this RMA
3) Take picture of the RMA on spot and email back to clearly prove the defective problem
4) We confirm the RMA with report back
5) Unpack the entire paper box
6) Pack the RMA products in good condition to avoid further damage during transportation
7) We give you the delivery address for return
8) Return products by sea shipment. (Except under our approval to ship by air or by courier)
9) After receiving RMA goods, we will test it and give you test report, showing the RMA problem by engineer advice.
10) Replace and advise you the deliver info.

  Special notice when RMA
1). After receiving RMA report, buyer will decide where to ship the goods back and will give our address. Freight charge is shared by each other. Buyer responsible to ship back on his charge, We responsible to return new product on our charge. (In case of big quantity RMA, We are responsible for all freight).
2) Additional custom fee or other fee happens during RMA are free of our responsibility.
3) New product can only be returned after receiving defected goods and tested.
4) For replacement, we can replace other items under discussion with buyer. Buyer do not replace RMA by form of money, only replace by form of product.
